Mindfulness is a moment-by-moment awareness of thoughts, feelings and sensations. In this session we’ll look at the things that drive you, motivate you, get in your way, trip you up, keep you stuck.

We live in a society whereby it is very difficult for men to say it how it truly is and with very few support networks surrounding most males whereby they can express their feelings, anxieties and worries.
