One of the worst things you can do when you feel your anxieties or depression lurking is to get annoyed with yourself for feeling that way

Instead take a breath and look inwardly, do some self inquiry, what’s going on, what can you do about, do you need additional support etc. No point in getting mad, learn to empathise with your thoughts and become good at listening to your emotional triggers
