Mindfulness is not a word that we immediately connect with how to perform under pressure….. However mindfulness is our internal basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us
Having what I like to call an internal assessment / personal wash up meeting / self enquiry is my version of practicing mindfulness… simply put we are being MIND FULL
So if you find yourself in a high stress moment this week and you need to perform under pressure then use my version of Mindfulness to A determine what is going on B what you want the outcome to be and C what you can do right now that is within your control
