Worrying what other people think

What decisions do you make, what actions do you NOT take on the basis of worrying what other people think.

Let me help you with this…Every time you find yourself worrying what other people think I want you to remember this: They really don’t, they’re not thinking about you.

They are:

  • Wrapped up in their own insecurities
  • They’re worried about a big thing that is going on for them right now that you know nothing about
  • They’re thinking about what they are having for tea
  • They’re thinking if they should exercise tonight even though they cant be bothered
  • They’re watching Netflix
  • They’re worried about a project a work
  • They’re worried what you think of them!

Can you see why they might not be thinking about you? Now start shifting this by focussing on what you think of you:

  • Who do you want to be?
  • What do you want to work towards?
  • What do you want to achieve?
  • What type of friend, partner, colleague do you want to be?

FOCUS on that instead and see the amazing shifts you will CREATE in your life
