Monday blues

How can you beat the Monday blues……

Consider it your day to prepare for the week a head. Make yourself a to do list you can get your teeth into. Make Mondays matter!

Do something that will make you feel good, make plans with friends, treat yourself to your favourite lunch, play some music to lift you up for the week.

If all else fails start making a list for the future, create yourself some goals you can work towards.
