Thinking that you’ll be happy when……….you get that dream car, dream promotion, perfect house, fabulous shoes!
I’m not against material things making you feel good and achievements giving you a sense of purpose, it’s a key factor in what I do in helping others achieve their goals
I do however see these things as enhancements not a necessity to make us happy right now. If we are always chasing something to make us happy then we’ll be simply chasing happiness. CHOOSE to be happy now, right in this moment and all those other things will be the finishing touches ✨
Take a deep breath, feel the air in your lungs (and if your super lucky) feel the sun on your face 😎. You choose how you feel in this instance 🙌🏽
