Mental Performance for Young Athletes/Performers

Lots of young people can’t reach their potential due to fear of failure or struggle to bounce back from a setback. As 90% of any performance is purely based on mental ability to believe you can achieve. The coaching focuses on developing and improving mental skills helping student-athletes to learn to manage stress, anxiety, and to maximise their athletic potential. This can be individual, group workshop and can also be done via Skype.
