My coaching experience now influences all the work I undertake. I use coaching tools and techniques in my everyday life to achieve the best balance personally and professionally to achieve the highest potential in all areas.

I have the following Qualifications: national diploma level 5 in life coaching including NLP. I am also a member of the NCP (National Council of Psychotherapists). I am constantly undertaking new tools and techniques to be able to deliver the best for my Client/Coachee.
