I post a lot of positive, motivational quotes in the hope that they resonate with one person and just maybe lift or change their immediate state. I do however appreciate that quotes can be easier said than put into practice.
Working towards a positive mindset is not something that happens overnight its something that needs practice, time, patience and resilience.
I genuinely practice it everyday and it has to be a way of life because the alternative for me is depression and that is fact.
Finding what works for you: what changes your mood, what takes you from a negative un-resourceful state into a calm resourceful state is important. Once you understand this you can then put it into practice and make it a daily habit.
