Are you struggling with Anxiety?

f you’re struggling silently right now with your own thoughts please read the following:

👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏾For you to share something personal with someone makes the other person feel privileged ( you are not a burden!)

👩🏾‍🤝‍👨🏼If they have stuff going on and you think “i don’t want to bother them” remember it will help them to help you. Helping others is actually a selfish act as we in turn feel good about it

👨🏾‍🤝‍👨🏼 You create stronger connections when you let others in which is a win for both of you, you also open up the path for them to be able to share what’s going on for them
