I used to get really frustrated that I could cry at the drop of a hat. Worried maybe that even though I feel im always in control of my thoughts that I’m weak for crying.
I now see I was wrong. I can be strong, I can be practical, I can be focused but I can also cry big fat sloppy tears. I think sometimes this helps me to release emotion and get me thinking straight. I also feel soo much better after a big snotty cry!
More importantly though rather than showing a weakness it shows I care from the bottom of my heart 💓
