- Be pro active ( do one thing this week you’ve been putting off)
- Concentrating on your goals ( don’t look at other people’s!)
- Tune into your thoughts and acknowledge when they are talking rubbish!
- Organised! From organisation comes contentment
- Step a teeny bit outside your comfort zone
- Surrounding yourself with positive information/ people
- Showing yourself compassion
- Allowing yourself to do things that make you happy
- Reading! Getting lost in a good book is an amazing reset
- Giving beyond ourselves, doing something nice for someone else. Someone feels good and you do in the process! WIN WIN
