  • Be pro active ( do one thing this week you’ve been putting off)
  • Concentrating on your goals ( don’t look at other people’s!)
  • Tune into your thoughts and acknowledge when they are talking rubbish!  
  • Organised! From organisation comes contentment 
  • Step a teeny bit outside your comfort zone
  • Surrounding yourself with positive information/ people
  • Showing yourself compassion
  • Allowing yourself to do things that make you happy
  • Reading! Getting lost in a good book is an amazing reset
  • Giving beyond ourselves, doing something nice for someone else. Someone feels good and you do in the process! WIN WIN
